SHIPPING:
The Bay Ridge St. Patrick's Day Parade website ships via USPS anywhere in the 50 states + Washington DC and US Armed Forces addresses.
Most orders ship within 3 days. We’ll notify you if this changes, and let you know why.
Currently, we do not offer shipping to international addresses.
The shipping costs associated with your apparel order are Flat Rates at this time due to certain internal restrictions.
Service items such as Dinner Dance Tickets, Sponsorships and Journal Ads do not incur shipping fees as they are either delivered electronically, or handled offsite by our teams post-order.
RETURNS:
We want you to be happy with your BRParade.com purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order. Refunds for the purchase of all eligible return orders will be returned to the original payment method.
Dinner Dance tickets and Journal Ads must be cancelled no later than 30 days prior to the event and/or Journal publication date. Successful order cancellations will have the funds returned to the original payment method.
Sorry, but shipping costs on returns will not be refunded (except in the case of a shipment error).
